Delete your data

You can ask us to delete your Summarize.One data at any time.

In WhatsApp (recommended)

1. Open your chat with Summarize.One.
2. Open the Menu and choose Delete my data.
3. Confirm the deletion.

We will process your request and delete your data.

By email

Alternatively, send an email to [email protected] with the WhatsApp phone number you use with Summarize.One. We may ask you to confirm the request from that WhatsApp number.

Before you delete

• Cancel your subscription first. You can do this via the chat menu or by email to [email protected].
• Remaining credits are lost when your data is deleted.

What is deleted

• your phone number and WhatsApp profile name
• your settings
• your usage events

The content of your messages is never stored, so there is nothing to delete there.

What we have to keep

• Invoices and payment records – as long as German tax law requires (up to 10 years).
• Message metadata (e.g. length, status) – no longer linked to your phone number and fully de-linked from your account after 13 months at the latest.
